About Calvary
A family of
disciples.
Calvary Church is a community of disciples of Jesus Christ in Milbank, South Dakota, built on the unchanging Word of God.
Who we are
We celebrate that God has revealed Himself to people and has a purpose for humanity. Knowing God and taking part in His purpose is possible through Jesus Christ.
As disciples of Jesus, we're convinced that God wants people to know Him and to join His mission of redemption: bringing humanity back to its original design before sin entered the world.
Following Jesus Christ is how we come to know God and live a new life. That's the heart of everything we do, from Sunday worship to Wednesday AWANA to our Friday Spanish service.
Our mission
Gospel. Truth. Faith.
Our mission is to proclaim and live out the Good News of Jesus Christ, to expose people to God's Truth, and to encourage them in the faith.
Gospel
We proclaim and live out the Good News that Jesus Christ died and rose again to bring us back to God.
Truth
We expose people to God's Truth, built on the inspired, unchanging Word of God.
Faith
We encourage one another in the faith, growing together as a family of every background.

While attending Trinity Bible College, he met his wife, Heidi, who shared his commitment to faith and ministry. After completing his studies, Pastor Daniel served as associate pastor at Grafton Assembly of God Church for four and a half years.
In January 2021, Pastor Daniel was called to be lead pastor at Calvary Church, driven by his passion for Biblical teaching and his desire to empower believers on their spiritual journeys.
